How do I choose the right tent size?
Our tents are categorized by capacity (2-3 Person, 4 Person, etc.). For comfort, we recommend choosing a tent rated for one more person than your actual group size. This gives you extra space for gear and movement.
What do the temperature ratings mean on your sleeping bags?
Our temperature ratings (24°F And Below, 25-39°F, etc.) indicate the lowest temperature at which the average sleeper will feel comfortable. If you tend to sleep cold, consider choosing a bag rated for lower temperatures than you expect to encounter.
Do you offer big & tall camping chairs?
Yes! We specifically offer Big & Tall camp chairs designed for additional comfort and support for larger frames. Look in our “Camp Chairs” or “Big & Tall” categories to find these specialized items.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We take 1-2 business days to carefully process and pack your order before it ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your adventure gear is on its way!

We offer two reliable options:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipment.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to adventurers everywhere! Unfortunately, we currently cannot deliver to Asia and a few remote regions, but we’re constantly working to expand our reach to serve more of our global community.
