At Camp To Explore Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear for your next adventure. We stand behind the quality of our tents, camp furniture, and outdoor equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
  • BatteryGuard accessories (due to electrical components)
  • Opened or used camping accessories
  • Products that have been assembled or used outdoors

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 1-2 billing cycles)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
