By accessing and using camptoexplore.com (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Camp To Explore Shop specializes in outdoor equipment including:

• Tents of various sizes (2-3 person, 4 person, 6 person, 8-9 person, 10+ person)
• Temperature-specific sleeping gear (24°F and below, 25-39°F, 40-49°F, 50°F and up)
• Backpacking tents and accessories
• Camp furniture and seating
• Battery lanterns and BatteryGuard accessories
• Beach shades, canopies, and shelters
• Big & Tall specialized equipment
• Cabin tents

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel that item from your order.

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order involves the following steps:

1. Select products and add them to your cart
2. Review your cart and proceed to checkout
3. Provide shipping and billing information
4. Select shipping method
5. Review order details and confirm
6. Submit payment
7. Receive order confirmation email

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.4 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. The following shipping options are available:

5.1 Standard Shipping

• Cost: $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

5.2 Free Shipping

• Available on orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (including customs processing, weather, and carrier delays) may affect delivery times.

5.3 Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to certain locations due to carrier restrictions or legal limitations. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you and cancel your order.

5.4 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and other customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.

6.1 Return/Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).

6.2 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Items must be in new, unused condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• BatteryGuard accessories (due to electrical components)
• Any opened or used camping accessories
• Products that have been assembled or used outdoors

6.4 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. We will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging
5. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
6. Mail the package to:

6.5 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

6.6 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 1-2 billing cycles)

6.7 Exchanges

For exchanges:

• We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
• Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
• If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
• If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Camp To Explore Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, prepare derivative works of, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

The Camp To Explore Shop name and logo are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Camp To Explore Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Any dispute relating in any way to your use of the Site or products purchased through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, except that we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court if you violate our intellectual property rights.
